Our sign posts are owned by Blake's Posts and are for rental only. Installation and removal is only performed by Blake's Posts.

A rental charge includes both installation and removal. Due to bridge repair for Grosse Ile their will be an additional charge.

Signs will be installed within 48 hours max if made before 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Special arrangements can be made at an additional charge.

Listing agents are responsible for all riders and flyer boxes. If a rider or flyer box is left on a sign post at the time of pick-up it will be left on the property.

WE CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO UNDERGROUND SPRINKLERS OR UTILITIES. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ADVISE US IN ADVANCE AT TO A SPECIFIC LOCATION OR HAVE THE PROPERTY OWNER FLAG THE LOCATION.

THEFT OR VANDALISM ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BROKER/AGENT. WE MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO REPAIR ANY DAMAGE AT MINIMAL COST.

No charge sign storage.
We store your panels/riders and have them ready to install whenever you need.
If you choose not to store your signs with us it will be your responsibility to hang your sign on our Signpost once it is installed. You will also need to remove the sign from the post prior to the removal of our post.

Signs that are up past 180 days will be an additional charge of $35
